B2B Support Analyst

Position

This is an entry-level role on Deltatre's B2B Support team — the team that monitors applications and infrastructure to keep services running for OTT and Digital customers. It is a good role for someone starting out in IT operations or support: structured work, clear protocols, real exposure to production systems, and the chance to grow into more advanced support or engineering roles over time.


For this role you must be able to work in our office based in Skopje.

This is a full-time position and you must be able to participate in shift-based cover (including out-of-hours on rotation).


Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems and applications, identifying issues as they emerge
  • Manage incoming support requests via email and ticketing systems
  • Assist with investigating and resolving incidents under guidance from senior team members
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams during incidents
  • Follow runbooks and checklists to keep daily operations consistent
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when needed
  • Learn to use monitoring and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems
  • Keep documentation up to date — procedures, common fixes, knowledge base

Requirements

You are at the start of an IT career and you want to learn how production systems actually behave. You ask questions when you do not know, you read documentation when you do, and you finish a shift having understood at least one thing you did not understand at the start of it.


Required

  • Basic knowledge of web applications
  • Familiarity with at least one major operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux)
  • Interest in how cloud platforms or databases work
  • Good problem-solving skills and clear written communication
  • Comfortable with structured, protocol-driven work


Valued

  • Basic understanding of networking and communication protocols
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools or IT ticketing systems
  • Any practical exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

Process and what to expect

  • Introductory conversation: this is a step for us to get to know each other better, and for us to answer all questions you might have around Deltatre.
  • 1-hour Technical round of Interview: we will deep dive on your experience and collect examples of the responsibilities you’ve been dealing with in your past experience. It will be a chance do deep dive on the role and for you to ask questions.
  • 1-hour Competency Based Interview: we are going to ask you some situational questions around how you deal with real-life scenarios at work. Easier doing it, more than explaining it!
