He is recognized for combining strategic vision with disciplined execution, consistently delivering growth and long-term value in complex, fast-moving markets. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer, TV Group at BT, where he led the launch of the YouView television platform and BT Sport, now rebranded as TNT Sports. He then went on to become Co-founder and CEO of ELEVEN Sports Group, and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at DAZN Group, where he led global commercial strategy and oversaw a multi-billion-pound content investment programme. He began his career in law and is a qualified barrister, having trained at the Inner Temple.

With 20 years of experience in streaming and digital, Peter is a lifelong specialist in his field. As Deltatre's Chief Revenue Officer since December 2024, he oversees new business, customer management, strategic partnerships, growth services, and marketing. His career includes key roles at BSkyB, NeuLion, Saffron Digital, and Endeavor Streaming (part of IMG/Endeavor). His work with customers has aligned with the rise of digital and smart devices, which transformed media, streaming, websites, and apps into primary content platforms for film, TV, sports, and news. Peter's deep industry expertise and customer-first approach enable the deployment of scalable platforms that deliver value and growth. He is a go-to expert for broadcasters, film studios, media and telecom giants, and major sports organizations. He studied Business and Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University, building a career marked by notable achievements, including deploying large-scale entertainment services for major Hollywood studios, launching BSkyB's first iterations of TV Everywhere and on-demand Premier League and Champions League offerings, delivering UEFA's first direct-to-consumer service UEFA.tv, and overseeing the upgrade of AMC Networks’ direct-to-consumer entertainment services.

Since joining Deltatre, Gilles has excelled in various leadership roles. He currently serves as the Chief Technology & Delivery Officer, overseeing the deployment of cutting-edge OTT products for top sports and entertainment brands. His career is marked by innovation, agility, creativity, and a fearless approach to disruption. With a computing degree from the UK, he launched his digital career in 1994. He then joined UEFA, eventually progressing to the role of Head of Digital, where he thrived during the digital revolution in the sports world. A respected industry leader, Gilles values innovation and embraces change. Outside of work, he enjoys trekking, backpacking, and adventure biking, and cherishes time with his two daughters, whom he considers his greatest life achievement.

Neda brings over 20 years of global experience to Deltatre. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is passionate about empowering people and culture to drive innovation. Unlocking the community's potential and achieving ambitious growth goals remain at the forefront of every strategy and collaboration she leads. Neda has held multiple people leadership roles, including eight years at Vodafone, where, among other positions, she was Global Head of People Strategy and Head of Talent. Prior to this, Neda worked with Capgemini and held various HR roles at companies including Boots and Syngenta. More recently, she has used her expertise to add value to software businesses such as Snow Software and Orgvue.

Alex is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in product leadership. He specializes in building and nurturing teams that deliver exceptional products that drive company growth and innovation. Most recently, Alex served as the Vice President of Product at Carbyne, where he led the strategic direction of the product and go-to-market. Before that, he was the VP of Product Management at Vonage, where he led the transformation of the business unit, launched several groundbreaking products, one of which was awarded a patent. At SigmaCare, a healthcare startup, he served as the Director of Product, overseeing the design and rollout of the company's flagship product. In addition to his corporate roles, Alex is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple startups. He is highly regarded for his insightful and forward-thinking approach to developing market-defining products that propel industries forward.

Elena holds a law degree from the University of Turin. After discovering her passion for contract law, contract negotiation, and commercial law, particularly international trade law, she pursued an LLM in International Trade Law at ITCILO. Following this, she worked for an NGO focused on rights and freedoms in the digital environment. As Deltatre's General Counsel, Elena combines her interests in contract law and digital law, emphasizing the importance of logical thinking in her work. While lawyers are sometimes seen as bogged down by red tape, Elena believes that objective reasoning is key to effectively guiding her team of experts in supporting the business.

Gonçalo has spearheaded Deltatre's VESPER product and its underlying technology since 2016 – guiding the teams that have onboarded dozens of major content properties and enabled the acquisition of millions of users. He oversees VESPER’s platform engineering and the rigorous standards that underpin its award-winning reputation, providing Deltatre’s client partners with a best-in-class end-to-end experience. He also directs VESPER-related production operations, including the global infrastructure necessary to support tens of thousands of live events and hundreds of thousands of VOD assets. Prior to joining Deltatre, he held senior leadership roles at Endeavor Streaming, Livestream, Photobox, Sportingbet, and Impresa, among others. He holds a degree in computer science and mathematics from the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal.

As CEO of Sportec Solutions AG (STS), Christian has been active in the fields of data acquisition and analysis, artificial intelligence and wearable technologies for over 20 years. A respected expert in the field of sports technology, he has established himself as the driving force behind the success of STS. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become an industry leader in providing innovative technologies for professional sports worldwide. Under his direction, innovative technologies such as optical tracking and performance analytics solutions, virtual reality and cloud data analytics services were developed and introduced to the global market. With an impressive career spanning over 20 years of experience in the technology and sports sector, Christian combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. He consistently focuses on innovation and has managed to position STS as the partner of choice for leading sports federations and leagues.
